Inspired by the land formation known as Coyote’s Canoe, which is located near Gloria’s home in Splatsin community north of Vernon BC, this visual story shares the legend of Coyote bringing salmon to the people of the interior of British Columbia.
Biography:
Gloria Morgan was born June 16, 1954 and is an elder of the Splatsin Community, where she grew up, except for the years that she spent in an Indian Residential School and foster home. She is passionate about her culture and language.
