Elwood and Beanie are staying up all night watching a marathon of old “Jetstream” science fiction episodes on television. When they nod off, Beanie imagines himself in the role of his hero, flying through space with co-pilot Elwood and battling his archenemy Emperor Bubbles, who is a human sized tyrant terrorizing the galaxy. When the Emperor captures Princess Nia, “Jetstream” sets out on a mission to rescue her. Meanwhile, as Beanie sleeps, the real Admiral Bubbles works feverishly to finish his War Machine, which he will use to escape and wreak havoc on the city. Back in Beanie’s dream, he discovers the Emperor’s plan: stealing all the water from the once lush world, he will now fly his entire water-filled fortress to another planet, where he will rule a watery kingdom with Princess Nia by his side. He manages to defeat the evil Emperor with the help of Stanford the Alien. As he wakes up, he realizes that Admiral Bubbles has escaped in his new War Machine. Summoning up his courage and resolve in the spirit of his science-fiction hero, Beanie races out the door to once again put a stop to his evil goldfish!
