When Beanie fails a test at school, Admiral Bubbles convinces him to let him plant a small transceiver in his mouth so that Admiral Bubbles can transmit Beanie the answers to his next test. Initially reluctant to cheat, he strikes a deal with Admiral Bubbles: in exchange for the goldfish’s help on his final exam, he will agree to let his pet have certain lost privileges returned, and will help him build a more powerful transmitter to broadcast to the exam room. This has been Admiral Bubble’s plan all along, who will use the transmitter to generate a snow storm to end all snow storms: by the morning of the test, the entire city is covered in 20 feet of snow! Beanie soon realizes that even when the snow melts, the city will be flooded, allowing the Goldfish to have free reign all around town. With only moments to spare, Beanie uses the goldfish’s machine to create a tornado to suck up all the snow into the gulf stream and saves the city. By demonstrating his scientific and geographic knowledge, he proves to his teacher that he really did study after all and passes his exam with flying colors—all by himself.
