Inspired by the horrible mess that Beanie has cooked up for his mother's breakfast, Admiral Bubbles decides to cook up a garbage monster, bringing it to life to do his evil bidding and terrorize the town. Much to his dismay, the monster turns out to be as harmless as a puppy dog. Admiral Bubbles sets out to teach it how to be a frightening beast. Trying to stop the monster one night, Beanie ends up in its clutches, becoming incredibly stinky. He is shunned by his classmates, including Nia. With skunks starting to follow him along the street, he buys a variety of super-duper cleaning products to rid himself of the smell. Determined to stop Admiral Bubbles, Beanie follows him to the roof where he finds his goldfish being carried about by a now-giant Stinker, who catches Beanie, and swallows him. But, inside the garbage beast, Beanie uses some of the cleaning supplies he had purchased and sprays causing Stinker to explode.  To teach Admiral Bubbles a lesson, Beanie locks him up in a box alongside the skunk.
