Beanie wins the school science fair, and arrives home to find Space Agency representatives at his door. Congratulating him on his winning science project and invite them to Space Agency Headquarters. At the Space Agency, the goldfish trains with the astronauts under the nervous eye of Beanie, who knows his goldfish has other more sinister plans. Before Beanie can make his move to stop his evil goldfish, Admiral Bubbles launches the shuttle with Beanie inside. Docking at the Space Station, Admiral Bubbles manages to navigate to the Trubble telescope, and ejects Beanie from the shuttle, sending him adrift in a spacesuit. Admiral Bubbles takes control of the telescope and begins attacking the earth. Floating in space, Beanie manages to redirect the beam and struggles with Admiral Bubbles until the astronauts regain control of the shuttle and bring it back to earth. The Space Agency plans on keeping Admiral Bubbles for one more mission, but when he realizes that is a mission into deep space, never to return, he decides he prefers to stay with Beanie. Seems this villain needs his nemesis more than he thought.
