Facing Hunger follows two families, each on another side of the world – one on the wheat fields of Saskatchewan and the other on Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania - who are committed to making a difference in the fight against world hunger. This documentary was made in association with the Canadian Foodgrains Bank for Salt+Light Television and was shot over a period of six months on the Canadian Prairie and in Tanzania.
