Hoot tells a story about riding on a sled and the story snowballs, getting more elaborate and exciting. While she’s telling the story a big snow falls, and the Hoppers want to reenact Hoot’s death-defying ride. Eventually, Hoot must confess that she inflated her story – but then the Hoppers wind up accidentally performing all the feats Hoot invented.

HOP follows a diverse group of best friends who encourage young children to embrace their individuality. Hop, an energetic, sympathetic frog with one leg shorter than the other, guides his endearing and eccentric group of friends in solving kid-friendly situations.
