Big Bubba Kite is one of the biggest kites in Fair Village and Alfred Beaver wants to fly it all by himself, just like his brother and sister have in the past. The Hoppers want to help Alfred, but they quickly discover that too much help can be just as annoying as not enough help. The Hoppers learn to wait for Alfred to ask for help if he needs it – which he does when a big gust of wind sends the kite and Alfred on an exciting but scary ride!

HOP follows a diverse group of best friends who encourage young children to embrace their individuality. Hop, an energetic, sympathetic frog with one leg shorter than the other, guides his endearing and eccentric group of friends in solving kid-friendly situations.
