When the Hoppers discover that Jerome has a hot air balloon, everyone is excited to fly in it. Except Hoot, who is a little afraid of heights. Hop decides to stay behind with her so she doesn’t feel left out, but then he regrets his decision and acts like a party pooper, spoiling the fun he and Hoot could be having. When she points this out, Hop’s mood changes – and just in time, because the balloon has been blow off course and gets stuck on the clocktower! Hop and Hoot must act as a team to rescue their friends.
