On June 12th 2013, 46 year-old forklift driver RICHARD ARENAS is found gunned down in the driveway of his family home in Providence, Rhode Island. He had been fixing a car on a summer morning with his nephew, when the killer struck, firing three bullets into Richard’s head at point blank range. CCTV from neighboring houses would reveal the killer scoping out the driveway, deliberately targeting his victim in an execution-style killing and then fleeing the scene. But investigators struggle to make an id until new footage from a liquor store gives them the critical images they need to hunt down the cold-hearted killer responsible for Richard’s murder.
