Pahquis is 8 years old. He’s Ojibwe, lives in Wikwemikong ON, and loves to perform. He sings opera, dances hip-hop, and does both modern and traditional drumming! He’s also learning archery which was important to his people. He’s very proud of his long hair which helps him keep his knowledge. This year he was caretaker of the Eagle Staff and he passed it to the next student in a special ceremony at school. Pahquis is very proud of his heritage!
