Ringette was played for the first time in 1964 in northern Ontario. Similar to hockey, it has become a popular game for girls and women. The film uses a blackboard and a skating rink to explain the game both theoretically and practically. A team of girls practises various shots and skating techniques demonstrated by the coach. A solid, didactic film.
