A warning against unsanitary conditions in restaurants, and a demonstration of precautions that should be taken against dirt and harmful bacteria in the handling of food. Suggestions are made for increasing efficiency through better food storage, dishwashing methods and staff facilities. Measures taken by public health authorities to maintain standards of restaurant sanitation are indicated.
