Hullabalooba is an animated slapstick series for pre-schoolers and kids aged up to 8 years. The story is about three pirates, two seagulls and a parrot, sailing the seven seas. These furious pirates are looking for riches with the help of a second-hand treasure map. Their everyday blunders escalate to chaos by the end of each episode. The first season of Hullabalooba consists of 13 independent episodes of 5 minutes.

Habhab, the short-tempered captain cannot even navigate himself, and his pirate ship Ms. Fortune seems to sail forever. Gunnar is kind-hearted, but his size and stupidity combined with his enthusiasm to act like a good sailor often accidentally lead to troubles and dangers. Vlad has sailed forever and seen it all. He is totally satisfied if nothing happens. But it usually does. Pollo, the parrot, can only say Starboard! which is another risk for decent navigation. The two lazy seagulls, Ritz & Hilton keep themselves entertained by causing chaos with their little tricks.

This unlucky bunch keeps getting into trouble because of their own ridiculous behavior. They tumble, stumble and fumble. When they try to hit the imagined enemies, they end up wrecking their own ship. As we see the anger and short-fused action never resolves any problems, but the kid audience is given an opportunity to position themselves on a higher level than these anti-heroes who act in a stupid way. And naturally, have a good laugh.
