Performance artist, professor and Jewish cultural theorist, Adeena Karasick explores the ephemeral wilderness on the frontiers of language-based verse.  An award-winning author of six books of poetry, including her recent “The House That Hijack Built”, and “Mêmewars”, which earned her a BC Book Award, she has performed worldwide and regularly publishes articles, reviews and dialogues on contemporary poetry.
