A tornado has wreaked havoc on a small Canadian town. With the help of their teacher, Ms. Murphy, Jack and Jill learn about the responsibilities and structure of their local and provincial governments. Students also learn ways in which government and the responsibilities of citizenship directly affect their own lives.
