Bob wishes he could see one of the beautiful twinkles in the night sky up close and is thrilled when his wish comes true and one falls from the sky. When Bob finds it, it’s twinkle has faded and Bob worries that it used up all its twinkly-ness to get down here to him. He feels awful for wishing it down but no matter how hard the Dinopaws try to get it back up in the sky, they can't. Tony, with the help of some flickerflies, reminds Bob how beautiful his twinkle was and he comes to realise that while he can’t bring back the twinkle, he can remember it always.
