On 15^th August 2015, police are alerted to a body on a boat found stranded in Warwick Cove, Rhode Island. The crime scene offers next to no evidence of who the person is, let alone what happened, but investigators soon find out it’s 70-year-old Fernando Silva, an experienced old sea dog. Needing the answers to an array of questions, police turn to surveillance footage for clues. Cameras along the cove help them to determine the boat’s last movements and a timeline, ultimately leading them to the jetty where Fernando would moor his boat. Will the cameras there show what really happened to Fernando Silva?
