Zack builds a basketball-playing robot and needs Anne's help to make it work. When Zack comes to the junkyard before he shows it to Nick, Nick is jealous and challenges the robot to a game of one-on-one. Nick easily beats the robot but it just makes Anne and Zack want to figure out how to fix the robot, bringing them closer together and making Nick more jealous. In the end, thanks to a heart to heart with Zack, Nick learns it’s ok for his friends to be friends.
