When Olive and Otto get zapped into a comic book, Olive must use her knowledge of the comic book and her handy-dandy number gadget to escape. For them to move from page-to-page, they need to add and subtract where they are to where they want to go. Thankfully, they have a number line to help!

The Odd Squad show aims at problem solving and thinking and includes building procedural fluency as well as building conceptual understanding. The show uses creativity and imagination to foster inquiry and math-talk.
