Sarabhai is the director of India's Center for Environmental Education (CEE), which he founded in 1984. Beginning as a small, local initiative, the Center has grown into a national and international organization. It advances the cause of environmental education by working on the development of green curriculum in India and working with governments, the media, educational institutions, and other organizations in Sri Lanka and Australia.
