A film for CBers - that growing multitude of people on the move who use the Citizen Band Radio as an efficient means of communication in all manner of situations. Because of the growing number of applicants and the limited number of channels, some government control is necessary. This is explained in the film, as well as regulations concerning manufacture, and some of the do's and don'ts of transmitting radio messages.
