Canadian musician Robb Nash and his band have spent a decade touring across Canada on a mission to inspire suicidal kids to choose life instead. "If You’re Reading This" explores Robb’s own remarkable journey of going from suicidal to significant. This incredible documentary examines depression, anxiety, self-harm, addiction, bullying, and suicidal ideation in a unique way that is both thought-provoking and motivating, as well as engaging and sometimes hilarious.
