This episode focuses on the work of the Listiguj Education Directorate and 3 generations of Mi’gMaq men and women who have struggled to revive and reintegrate Mi’gMaq language not only into modern school systems, but into the family, and back to it’s original roots as a oral based language. It features a unique picture based teaching method that is being introduced throughout the community.
