Basketball in Canada is an affordable and a good way for Indigenous youth to have a better path in life, and have fun together. Near Kenora, Ontario, Tania Cameron runs a basketball program to increase youth engagement and drives the sport’s popularity. In Winnipeg, the Anishinaabe Pride Basketball Club, created by Jackie Anderson and her husband to help the inner city youth to lead a better path in life.  Finally Cree Michael Linklater, a 3x3 basketball player for the Saskatchewan Rattlers, describes his life with the sport and initiatives to bring basketball to First Nation communities.
