Damien brings to the Shelter Kimia, a baby gorilla who was rescued from animal traffickers. Audrey and Tommy are thrilled: Jack’s going to have a little brother! But to their surprise, Jack rejects the baby! The kids do everything they can to get Jack to adopt Kimia... But things get out of hand when Jack becomes aggressive and two shady strangers, Lionel and Christelle, show up at the Shelter, demanding to take Kimia with them to their Gorilla Conservation Foundation.

Audrey’s Shelter follows 7-year-old Audrey, who lives at her family’s refuge for endangered species. She knows first-hand that caring for a menagerie of wild animals isn’t easy but is always worth it. It just takes a little empathy and a big sense of humour.
