Get your detective gear ready, PollinHeads! Today, we are going on the hunt for at-risk bumblebees, specifically the Rusty Patched Bumblebee. Dr. Sheila Colla from York University, was the last person to see it in Pinery Provincial Park over ten years ago! Chloe is joining Sheila and her colleague Victoria to do a survey of the bumblebees in the area, hoping they catch a glimpse of the elusive Rusty-Patched. Meanwhile, Housten is meeting with Sarah Mackell from Wildlife Preservation Canada. With many bumblebees at risk, scientists like Sarah are coming up with unique ways to save endangered bumblebees.
