They're fast, they're powerful, and they can kill. Within the winter season of 4-5 months there are more deaths caused by snowmobiling than by skiing, motorcycles, all terrain vehicles and personal watercrafts put together. W5 travels to Sudbury to look at the "STOP" program, where members of the community organized to regulate snowmobiles just like automobiles: Written tests, police barricades for alcohol checks and speed traps.
