• Ric O'Barry dedicated his life to fighting against dolphin captivity and slaughter. 
• Arguably one of the most influential people in the world, primatologist and conservationist Jane Goodall is a major Green Hero. It all began in 1986, when all chimpanzee researchers in Africa got together and realized that every single place where chimps were being studied, their homes were being destroyed. Goodall launched the Roots & Shoots program to educate youth about saving the planet. Goodall stresses the importance of taking the time to truly think about the consequences of the little choices we make everyday. Everyone can make a difference every single day to help get the world back on track.
