Wilton and Dolly prepare to take grain to be ground at the Windmill. Haley pecks a hole in one of the sacks of grain. Conley accompanies Barton and Wilton Mooh on their ride to the mill. While they’re gone, Lucy falls into the bucket and ends up at the bottom of the well. Haley and the Mouse, unable to get her out, enlist the help of Gussy. Gussy discovers the trail of grain from the punctured sack, which leads her to the Mooh Brothers, who rescue Lucy from the well.
