Nykeem teams up with Russell, an avid young waterskiier. With the help of Dr. Heather and guest pro Charlie Newlands, they discover that centripetal force can help them go faster than a speeding boat. When a body (the skiier) moves around an object (the boat) the object exerts a force (the tug of the tow rope anchored to the moving boat) to keep that body moving. A satellite moving around the earth is another example of centripetal force, kept moving by the force of gravity. Safe water skiers always wear a life jacket and have two people in the boat - the driver and the spotter. For good nutrition in any sport, vegetables are vital, and the brighter the colour of the veggie, the more phytochemicals it has. Water-skiing was invented in 1922 by an 18 year-old and became popular when Dick Pope in Florida featured it at his water park.
