Sexual health is an extension of general health. This episode introduces basic sexual health practices, such as hygiene and being aware of body baselines, methods of birth control including using condoms, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), masturbation, and options when facing unintended pregnancy. Eva and Nadine demonstrate risk reduction strategies, and the kids get to explore barriers. We also hear the teens talk about sexual and mental health, and Eva tackles the Q&A.

Every Body Curious is a fun and illuminating Canadian-produced series for young people (and their parents/teachers/caregivers!) that explores the birds and the bees with ease in today’s digital landscape. Each episode features two expert hosts leading a respectful and authentic dialogue on sexual health, and guiding participants through fun and thought-provoking activities about specific topics. It’s a safe setting where leading sex educators answer real questions from real kids, and open and honest conversations about sexuality, bodies and healthy relationships are encouraged.
