Ranger Hamza and the Ramblers go on an autumn walk to drink hot chocolate in the dark. It’s autumn so it’s getting dark earlier. The Ramblers listen to the river, look for triangle shapes, examine a tree that is being chewed by a beaver, list animals that live underground, and imagine who might use the big hole they find in a tree. When it gets dark, they use their torches to light the way and make interesting shadows.

There is magic and adventure everywhere if you only look closely enough....LET’S GO FOR A WALK is a way for every child to enjoy being outdoors and appreciate the nature on their doorstep. The world outside is full of beauty, in the shapes of the chimney pots; the smells of the market; the rattle of a train; the crashing of the garbage truck. The walks are child-led, and the children are encouraged to see the potential for adventure and exploration by Ranger Hamza.
