Evan searches for a suspect with a warrant out for his arrest.  Dave recalls what Rama was like before the Casino was built. Dave, Russ and Brent believe, overall, the Casino has been a good thing for the community.  At a roadside checkpoint, Russ greets drivers visiting the casino.  He seizes a small amount of marijuana, but because the driver is honest and cooperative, Russ lets him off with a warning. Larry arrests a cocaine-fuelled driver who tries to flee the casino parking lot.
