For 18 year old Guo Jia, the day begins at 5:30 am with endurance training. After breakfast there is stretching and Kung Fu fighting classes, before normal school classes begin. For four years now Guo Jia has been a student of the only women's Kung Fu school in China: a boarding school for 70 girls, located in a secluded valley of the holy Shongshan Mountains.
