This video depicts a typical week for four different middle school students, showing how their many activities, school demands and special interests can collide to create dilemmas and stressful situations. This video clearly models examples of poor time management skills (procrastination, distractions, etc.) and demonstrates helpful ways to reduce stress and create organization out of chaos by using planning techniques such as making lists, using a daily planning book, prioritizing and knowing when to seek help when things start to get out of control.
