On the intimidating Cape Breton shores of the Atlantic Ocean, six Indigenous strangers must come together in order to survive with no food or modern technology. Following a difficult canoe paddle, they work to set up camp before nightfall.

Six Indigenous adventurers embark on a 25-day journey, attempting to survive off the land while paddling birchbark canoes through the vast territory know as Unama'ki (Cape Breton).
