Luna and Jupiter are having some fun with some tongue-twisters, when suddenly some of the tongue-twisters come echoing back to them through the yard. They soon discover it’s not an echo, but their neighbor’s parrot! Jupiter is fascinated, he thought only pirate’s parrots could talk. But can these birds really talk? After a rather noisy experiment with Jupiter’s whistles, the trio decide the only way to get the answers they’re looking for is a pirate-y make-believe out at sea.
