Steven is back in Charleston where he has uncovered L.I.M.E., an underground eatery happening in a former jail. From there Steven goes to Los Angeles, California where he finds a broad underground food scene that includes a pop-up restaurant and pHeast an illegal eatery run by the great grandson of country music sensation Lefty Frizzell.
