Each Weekend Wonder is a series of three episodes where a group of friends and workers assemble an economical, environmentally friendly home or cabin in one long  weekend. It's about friendship, community, a new lifestyle focusing on smaller and simpler, coupled with extreme DIY. 

In Weekend Wonder projects the only certainty is that there is no room for error, personalities will clash, friendships will be made, and the pressure will be on to move in and toast the new abode before the last evening is done.
